1. Return Period
Finderspark® accepts eligible return requests made within 30 days of the date the order is received.
To begin a return, customers must contact our customer service team and receive return authorization before sending any item back.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Change-of-Mind Returns
For returns due to a change of mind, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition.

Clean and free from signs of use.

Complete, including all original parts, accessories, and included components.
Items that have been used, damaged through customer handling, or returned incomplete may not qualify for a change-of-mind return, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return:

Email service@finderspark.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Wait for our customer service team to review your request and provide return instructions.

Once approved, ship the item within 3 days of receiving return approval.

Retain your shipping receipt and tracking information until the return has been processed.
Please do not send a return to an address different from the authorized return address provided by our customer service team.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
The original shipping fee paid for the order is generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If the return concerns a confirmed damaged, incorrect, or missing item, Finderspark® will cover the applicable costs of resolving the issue.
5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

Clear photos of the item, packaging, or affected components, where available.
For confirmed issues, Finderspark® will cover the applicable handling costs and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Please contact us before returning any affected item so we can provide the appropriate instructions.
6. Refund Processing
Once an approved return has been received, we will inspect the returned item and initiate any approved refund within 5–10 business days after receipt, subject to the return conditions and applicable law.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless applicable law requires otherwise.
After the refund has been initiated, the payment provider or financial institution may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
If you have not received your refund after allowing reasonable time for processing, contact service@finderspark.com.
7. Exchanges and Replacements
Depending on the circumstances and product availability, an eligible issue may be resolved through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
For damaged, incorrect, or missing items confirmed by our team, Finderspark® will cover the applicable handling costs associated with the agreed resolution.
