1. Shipping Destinations
Finderspark® ships from China to all 50 states of the United States and internationally.
We offer worldwide shipping to destinations available through our checkout process. We do not designate additional special address exclusions under our current shipping policy.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
Order processing includes order verification, preparation, and dispatch arrangements. Processing time is separate from the shipping transit time.
Processing may occasionally take longer during holidays, promotional periods, or other periods of unusually high order volume.
3. Shipping Transit Time
Estimated shipping transit times after dispatch are:

United States: 7–15 business days.

Other international destinations: 10–20 business days.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The estimated delivery period does not include the order processing time.
4. Shipping Fees
Our standard shipping fee is US$2.99 per order.
Free standard shipping is available when the discounted merchandise subtotal exceeds US$29.97.
The merchandise subtotal is calculated after applicable product discounts and before shipping charges.
Orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal of US$29.97 or less are subject to the standard US$2.99 shipping fee.
The shipping fee and available shipping options will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
5. Shipment Tracking
When tracking information is available for your shipment, it will be provided through the order confirmation or shipping notification process.
Tracking information may take time to become active after dispatch. Carrier updates may not appear immediately at every stage of transportation.
If you have questions about your shipment, contact service@finderspark.com and include your order number.
6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For international orders, Finderspark® covers applicable customs duties, import taxes, and value-added tax (VAT).
Customers should contact our customer service team if a carrier requests payment of these charges so that the matter can be reviewed and appropriate assistance provided.
7. Delivery Delays
Although we make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
An estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed delivery date.
If your shipment appears significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number so we can review the available tracking information.
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
After an order has been placed, address changes generally cannot be made. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address change will be possible once the order has entered processing or shipping.
9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos when available.
For confirmed issues involving damage, incorrect items, or missing items, Finderspark® will cover the applicable handling costs and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
