1. Introduction

These Terms of Purchase govern purchases made through the Finderspark® online store at https://finderspark.com/.

Finderspark® is operated by Guangzhou Jingyi Technology Co., Ltd. Throughout these Terms, “Finderspark®,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store and its operator. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to any person purchasing products through our website.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Purchase, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, colors, dimensions, and other listing information are accurate and current.

Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing variations, or other factors.

Customers should review the product description, specifications, included components, and care instructions before completing a purchase.

If a product is unavailable, incorrectly listed, or affected by a material pricing or description error, we will take appropriate steps to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable law.

3. Prices and Currency

Unless otherwise stated, all prices on our website are displayed in US dollars (USD).

The product price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to the order, subject to any clearly disclosed discounts, shipping charges, and other applicable amounts.

We reserve the right to update product prices and correct genuine listing or pricing errors. Such changes will not override rights that customers have already acquired under applicable law.

If a material pricing error affects an order, we may contact the customer to explain the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution. We will not treat a customer's silence as consent to an increased purchase price.

4. Discounts and Promotional Offers

Promotional prices, discounts, and other offers may be subject to specific conditions displayed on the relevant product page or during checkout.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts apply only during the advertised promotional period and to eligible products.

Any advertised reference price must be presented accurately and must not be misleading.

Promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases unless we expressly agree or applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Shipping Fees and Free Shipping

Our standard shipping fee is US$2.99 per order.

Free standard shipping applies when the discounted merchandise subtotal exceeds US$29.97.

The merchandise subtotal is calculated after applicable product discounts and before shipping charges. A discounted merchandise subtotal of exactly US$29.97 does not qualify for free shipping.

The applicable shipping charge and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

6. Order Placement and Acceptance

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms of Purchase.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order for fulfillment.

We may review orders for payment verification, inventory availability, shipping eligibility, suspected fraud, or other legitimate operational reasons.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you where appropriate and arrange any refund required by applicable law or our published policies.

7. Payment

Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method presented at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

8. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are shipped from China.

Our standard order processing time is 1–3 business days.

Estimated shipping transit times after dispatch are:

• United States: 7–15 business days.

• Other international destinations: 10–20 business days.

Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary because of carrier operations, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Processing time is separate from transit time.

9. International Customs Duties and Taxes

Finderspark® covers applicable international customs duties, import taxes, and value-added tax (VAT) for international orders.

If a carrier requests payment of these charges from a customer, please contact service@finderspark.com before making payment where reasonably possible. We will review the matter and provide appropriate assistance.

This provision does not limit any mandatory rights or obligations under applicable law.

10. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 48 hours of placing an order.

To request cancellation, contact service@finderspark.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipping. If an order can no longer be canceled, any available return options will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Shipping Address Accuracy and Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

After an order has been placed, shipping address changes generally cannot be made.

If you discover an address error, contact service@finderspark.com immediately. We will review your request where possible, but we cannot guarantee a change after order processing or shipping has begun.

Additional shipping costs or delivery problems caused by an incorrect address may be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

12. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.

Customers must contact our customer service team and obtain return authorization before shipping an item back. Approved returns must be shipped within 3 days of receiving return approval.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, clean, and complete, including their original components and accessories.

For eligible change-of-mind returns:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• The original shipping fee is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

For confirmed damaged, incorrect, or missing items, Finderspark® will cover the applicable handling costs and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

13. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, please contact service@finderspark.com within 7 days of receiving the order.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs when available.

We will review the information and determine an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Finderspark® will cover the applicable handling costs associated with resolving confirmed damage, incorrect-item, or missing-item issues.

Customers should contact us before returning affected products so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

14. Refund Processing

After an approved return is received, we will inspect the returned item and initiate any approved refund within 5–10 business days after receipt.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

15. Product Availability and Order Issues

Product availability may change without notice.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, or if a material listing error prevents us from fulfilling an order as agreed, we will contact the customer where appropriate and provide a resolution consistent with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms authorizes us to disregard an order or retain a payment where a refund is legally required.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Finderspark® is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from a purchase where such exclusions are legally permitted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Customers retain all mandatory protections available under applicable US federal or state law and any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to their place of residence.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Purchase are governed by applicable United States federal and state laws, while preserving any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of the customer's place of residence.

Disputes arising from a purchase will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising mandatory rights to bring a claim in a court or forum available under applicable consumer protection law.

18. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information collected in connection with purchases is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Finderspark® does not currently send marketing emails or marketing SMS messages. We may use customer contact information for necessary transaction-related communications, including order confirmations, shipping updates, customer support, returns, and refunds.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Purchase to reflect changes in our operations, products, checkout process, or applicable legal requirements.
