7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from China.
Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 7–15 business days for the United States and 10–20 business days for other international destinations.
Standard shipping costs US$2.99 per order. Free shipping applies when the discounted merchandise subtotal exceeds US$29.97.
Finderspark® covers applicable international customs duties, import taxes, and VAT.

8. Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
Customers must obtain return authorization before sending items back. Approved returns must be shipped within 3 days of approval.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, clean, and complete. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee is generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
Damage, incorrect-item, or missing-item issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
